My daughter bought me a Cuddle Bug for Christmas last year and I loved it. It was everything I ever wanted and more. I wasable to buy most of the items from Stampin up and use them on my cuddle bug with out a problem. Today as a demonstrator I recieved my Big Shot. I purchased it thinking that I should demo what I sell. Well holy cow what difference between the two! I knew the colour and size were different, but even the over all performance is better with the big shot! I love it and can honestly say I would not have known by looking that there was any difference at all, but the proof is in the use! If you have not tried a big shot, you got to get out there and give it a Shot! pardon the pun.
I may never leave my scrapbook studio again...well except for Conference!
One of these days very soon there will a colour and site change to this wonderful blog. I have already shown you the new title, and soon the new wonderful design with the great bear paws.
The designer has not contacted me, but it was a holiday weekend after all, but tomorrow is monday so not only will my Stampin Up order be in
, but I will also be able to contact businesses again, like the web designer. I love
!

You ever have one of those days when you are so excited to begin the day and the you realize the thousands of things you are supposed to get done that day and you just wanna crawl right back under that blanky and wake up to a new day?
But then as the day goes on despite your hesitations, you are so busy
that at the end of it you giggle and think that wasn't too bad.
That was my day today...I am so glad you relate.
Oh, and yes I am am a Canadian
but, my DH is 100% American.
Ok, I am making up for lost time. Here is my entry in the Monday challenge at http://housemouse-challenge.blogspot.com/. Each Monday is a new challenge and for this week it is a tole card. The challenge for me is not so much creating the card, but can I get it made in time...
Today my front doorbell rang and when I opened it I got a wonderful surprise. A package that was so colorful it looked like a present. I was so excited I reminded myself of a squirrel
as I ran to my office to rip it open.
I opened it up and oh my goodness!
The package was filled with so many wonderful gifts and as I pulled each one out I kid you not I kept saying "Holy Cow, that is exactly what I wanted! I always wanted one of those" It is the best feeling in the whole world to open a package of goodies that you know was chosen especially for you.
So here is a picture of all my loot from my stampin sister. She is so amazing I just love her! Look at that wonderful clipboard. I have alays wanted to try that, but have yet to actually do it. She even prestamped some images for me!
Ok, ok its been a while, but come on its my vacation and lets face it shutting down for a while fees good. But I do have some new things to share with you and some not so new, so here you go.
This is the Father's Day card that I made for my Dh. He loved it and even admitted that when he did not get one on his special day he was kinda sad to think that I would not have made him a card. He was delighted to hear that in fact I had made it, but forgot to give it to him.
Next is the card that we made in class on Saturday. While this was a fairly easy card to make, many people added personal changes to their to give it variety.
The camera does not do them justice as the glare and reflection takes away from the beauty.
Today was the last day of school and summer is here for meeeee! Actually it is a bit bitter sweet because as always I have made some friends at that location and would really like to have continued working with them. But, I am so excited to begin to enjoy the warm weather and late mornings...ahhhh.![]()
Wow, have I ever missed blogging and sharing with you. I have been busy wrapping up stuff at school and I threw my back out so I had to see a chiropractor. Which means I have been moving really slowly and in a lot of pain. I was in bed by 8:00 pm last night because I could not walk or sit in comfort so I just gave in and went to sleep. Needless to say I have not made any cards or done anything fun, but I am proud to say I got this sore back by cleaning my office. On another note we have a card class this Saturday so by friday I will have done something.
I am a high school teacher, mother of two and a wife of 25 years.
